Before you write

A few things are faster to look up than to ask:

Where is my order? Your dispatch email has the tracking link. Delivery is typically 5–15 business days.
Customs and import fees. We take care of those — the price at checkout is the price you pay.
Returns. The refund policy has the full terms: 90 nights on the Contour Pillow, 30 days on everything else.

What to include

If something arrived damaged or isn't what you ordered, send your order number and a photo. That is usually everything we need to sort it out in one reply rather than three.
