Momme is the weight of the silk. Most cheap silk pillowcases are 16 or 19; 22 is the weight used in premium bedding. It drapes rather than clings, and it holds up to washing.
Is it silk on both sides?
Yes — 100% mulberry silk front and back, not a silk face on a synthetic backing.
What does Oeko-Tex Standard 100 mean?
It certifies that the fabric has been tested for substances known to be harmful to skin. For something your face rests on all night, it is worth having.

Will the colour run?
Dark Gray can let go of a little dye in the first few washes, as any deep-dyed silk does. Wash it on its own in cool water, never with anything white, and keep it off white or cream bedding while it is damp — dark silk resting against pale cotton can transfer colour.
White, Champagne and Ivory carry very little dye and are not a concern.

OK, probably not silk, but a nice fabric that didn't fade when washed. The only downside is that the smell is slight; you'll need to use it under a low pillow or sew on buttons.
