PROCESSING TIME

Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves us.

COMPLIMENTARY STANDARD SHIPPING FROM $69.90 USD

Standard shipping is free on orders of $69.90 or more, to every country we deliver to. Below that, standard shipping is a flat $6.

FREE SHIPPING FOR EMAIL SUBSCRIBERS

Join our email list and standard shipping is free on any order, with no minimum. You will also hear from us occasionally with offers we do not run publicly. Your code arrives with your welcome email.

DELIVERY TIME

Standard delivery takes 5–15 business days, to every country we ship to.

We currently ship to seven countries: the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, France, Germany, Switzerland and Italy. We will add more as we go.

If you are anywhere else, please email service@driftwelllife.com to confirm before you order. We can often arrange it, but we would rather tell you first than take your money and then explain.

ORDER TRACKING

Every order ships with a tracking number so you can follow it to your door.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

If your package looks lost or is running significantly late, email service@driftwelllife.com. We will chase it with the carrier and sort it out.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES

We take care of customs and any import fees for you. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay — there is nothing extra to settle when your parcel arrives.
